Introduction
At the very beggining of the Lo Valdés valley, the Diablo rises up as a much cherished jewel for many a mountaineer. Its irregular shape and curious constitution stop us from assessing its real dimensions while climbing up it´s slopes. One can only get an idea of it´s beauty and stateliness by contemplating it from nearby summits.
